Understanding Debtor Settings - User Alerts

The NDC.org Trustee portal contains many User Alerts for Debtors and Attorneys. The trustee controls all alerts. Some of these alerts are defaulted on or off as best practices from NDC staff. However, we encourage offices to explore all available alerts.


These alert settings are located on your Trustee NDC.org portal under Settings>Account Settings


To change an alert, press the toggle (ON/OFF). Then scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and press

These alerts notify your Debtor or Attorneys of certain events about the cases.


NDC User Alerts are displayed on the Debtor Dashboard. If the Debtor has enabled email or SMS notifications, additional push notifications are sent to the Debtor's email address or SMS number.

This alert is sent when NDC detects a change in the Case Status for the case of the debtor.Immediate
