NDC SMS Notifications
You can now receive important information alerts about your Case using the NDC SMS Notifications feature.
What are SMS Notifications
You will receive SMS notifications and alerts similar to the email notifications you may receive already. They look like this:
Note: As of Oct 2024, only the Payment Posted alert is available. More alerts will be added in 2025.
Configuring your SMS Settings
Go to your My Profile page:

If you have not previously set up your SMS Settings, your Notification Settings may look like this
Slide the switch under SMS Settings to turn on Immediate SMS
Enter your telephone number like this:
Press the Save Preferences button
And your preferences are now saved
How to Stop receiving SMS notifications
Go to the My Profile page, scroll to Notification Settings, and switch the slider under SMS Settings. You will see your phone number disappear. Click the Save Preferences button.
If you want to enable SMS Notifications later, you can switch the slider under SMS Settings back to the ON setting, and your previous number will appear. Don't forget to click the Save Preferences button.
You can also text the word STOP to the incoming SMS message in your mobile device SMS messages application.
So that you know, if you texted STOP, we cannot send a message to you, even if the SMS Settings toggle is on or off. You must text START to resume NDC SMS messages.
