Before you can submit a Scrub/Diligence file for processing we need to have approval from the third party that will grant permission for NDC to disclose information to you, the requesting party.
We have created a standard form we call the Authorization File (form).

The form looks roughly like this:
Please complete have your firm (the "Buyer") and the third party (the "Seller") complete and sign the form.
This form will be needed as you move to submit a Scrub/Diligence file to NDC.
