Why are Creditors listed on the Chapter 13 Claim Summary page that I do not recognize?

The Creditor that originally owned the right to your Claim may have sold the Claim or may have a wholly owned subsidiary that actively manages their Chapter 13 portfolio of Cases. If you believe there is an error related to the validity of a creditor in your case, please contact both your Chapter 13 Attorney and Chapter 13 Trustee office.
