How do I add a case to my portfolio?

The easiest method to add a case to your organization-wide portfolio is to use the search bar in the upper right hand corner of your Overview page

Hit return (while still inside the search box) and you'll be presented with a list of cases, some already recognized as in the portfolio, and some that match the case number and can be added.

In the results there is a link to 'Add' the case.  You will be prompted for several values to vaildate your access.
Follow the instructions in the popup as below. Note: This only grants a temporary 45 day access to this case. After this time the case must be added via your organization portfolio matching method, or the case will drop out of the portfolio.
